- Every day we receive applications from translators and interpreters who wish to join our team, which are analyzed in detail by our Human Resources specialists.
- The selected translators and interpreters make their personal and professional data available for verification of their identity and qualifications, thus ensuring a proper and competent selection process.
- All translators and interpreters go through our certification process, offered by Translators Ecuador. This process helps us determine whether they are professionally and linguistically suitable for the services we offer.
- Once their professional qualifications have been confirmed, we offer constant training to our translators so that they are able to receive translations and accompany our clients on interpretation services.
- We rate and assign projects to our professional translators based on their native language, in order to provide the best possible service.
- Our translators specify their different areas of expertise, which gives us the opportunity to assign projects by area or sector. A translator specialized in medical translation services would be the appropriate professional for texts related to the pharmaceutical industry.
- All our translators go through an evaluation process after each translation. The translation and the quality of the work are reviewed and evaluated, thus allowing us to continue to offer you the right professional for each project.
- As soon as a customer places a translation order, it is automatically assigned to a project manager, who is responsible for ensuring the result and delivery of the translation according to our quality standards.
- The order goes through a review process, in which the project manager looks for inconsistencies in the order or attachments, communicates with the customer to get answers to any questions, and performs project planning.
- Once the project manager has all the necessary instructions, he or she will assign the project to the selected translator and reviewer, and the translation process will begin, with continuous monitoring.
- If the project manager encounters any difficulties during the translation process, measures will be taken to ensure that the work is completed to the client’s full satisfaction.
- Direct Communication – We keep in touch with our clients to clarify doubts about translation requests, as well as to register extra instructions.
- Assignment of a native-speaker translator – an experienced professional in the project’s sector or area of specialization, with excellent assessment in quality and compliance with the established deadlines.
- Proofreading and Editing – A proofreader is assigned, whose job will be to identify any inconsistencies or errors in the translator’s work.
- Project Manager – Ensures that any translation, proofreading, and quality checking is accomplished with excellence and within the agreed-upon deadlines.
- We prepare the document in the appropriate shipping format, whether digital or physical, and you will always receive the translated document within the allotted time frame.
- In the case of digital deliveries, i.e., via e-mail, the project manager will track the order and ask the customer for a quality assessment.
- In the case of physical deliveries, we rely on a delivery company that is recognized worldwide. Our deliveries are made to the door and within the fastest shipping that can be contracted for home deliveries.
- In case you are not satisfied with one of our services, your project manager will follow up and make all the necessary corrections to ensure your satisfaction.
