- DTP (Desktop Publishing) – Desktop Publishing service is essential if you have documents with pictures, usually PDFs, magazines, manuals, brochures, advertisements, a book or any other document that includes pictures or requires you to work with the page layout. During translation, the translated volume of the text may increase or decrease, causing changes or deformations in the translated format compared to the original file. Desktop Publishing preserves the appearance of the original document while retaining its characteristics. Translators Ecuador uses Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, among other software in their most recent versions.

At Translators Ecuador, we price our special-format translations based on the number of pages. Generally, we can determine the number of pages once we have analyzed your documents. If you need physical copies with signatures and stamps, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge that varies depending on the destination country.
At Translators Ecuador, we calculate our prices based on delivery time and language combination. We take these two factors into consideration, because we know that it is different to request a 3000-word document with a 3-4 day turnaround time than it is to request the same document by 5 pm the same day. Furthermore, we recognize that translating from English to Spanish is not the same as translating from Chinese to German, due to the complexity of the language combination.
